Cuentas Premium JDownloader 26/12/2011 A 1 !!! muchas premium!!!

1: apagar el jdownloader,quitalo tambien hasta de abajo(de donde esta el reloj)
2: descomprime el archivo que bajaste con las cuentas
3: ve a la carpeta donde tengas instalado el jdonloader
3: entra en la carpeta del programa y busca la carpeta: (config)
4: borrar el archivo (database script), solo ese
5: pegar el archivo que bajaste con las cuentas premium en la misma carpeta(config)
6: encender otra vez el jdownloader
7: para ver las cuentas activadas, una vez encendido el jdownloader ir a opciones y de ai pulsar en opcion (SERVIDORES Y PREMIUM) y luego en (CUENTAS) y ahi veras las cuentas activadas.

NOTA : antes de sustituir el archivo y cerrar el jdownloader guarden un respaldo de sus links (en Jdownloader Archivo ----> Respaldar ------> Guardar contenedor de enlaces...). Luego al sustituir el database al abrir Jdownloader, en las opciones del programa eliges tu carpeta de descargay una vez hecho esto le das a Enlaces---->Agregar---->Cargar contenedor... y listo, ya vuelves a tener tu lista de descargas...

Este matrimonio es fundamentalmente fachada, Elizabeth tiene un affaire con el abogado de Victor, Roman. Como el comportamiento de Victor es cada vez m?s violento (amenaza a invitados a punta de pistola durante su fiesta de cumplea?os), Rom?n y Elizabeth deciden que deben acabar con esto.
La soluci?n pasa por deshacerse de Victor culpando a las drogas.

U.N. calls for Philippines relief

The devastation in the southern Philippines left by Tropical Storm Washi has created "huge" humanitarian needs in the area, the United Nations said Wednesday, estimating that nearly a half-million people are in need of assistance.

"The first priority is to help those who are displaced as a result of the floods," Valerie Amos, the U.N. emergency relief coordinator, said in comments published on the organization's website. "People urgently need shelter and clean drinking water, as well as bedding, food and basic household items."

Amos called on other countries and international organizations to increase relief efforts for the stricken region. A number of U.N. agencies, including the World Food Program and the World Health Organization, have stepped up humanitarian measures in the past few days, she said.

The storm, known locally as Sendong, plowed across the southern Philippines over the weekend, leaving tens of thousands of people homeless and aid agencies struggling to deal with the aftermath.

The United Nations estimated that about 285,000 people had been displaced, with many of them finding shelter with relatives or in makeshift structures.

The death toll from the storm has increased to 1,002, Benito Ramos, head of the Philippine National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, said earlier Wednesday.

An alleged Mexican drug cartel operative has been extradited to the United States to face charges in the death of one U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent and the attempted murder of a second, authorities said Wednesday.

Julian Zapata Espinoza, also known as "Piolin," was indicted in April in connection with a February attack that killed ICE Special Agent Jaime Zapata and wounded ICE Special Agent Victor Avila.

The indictment was unsealed Wednesday as Zapata Espinoza made his initial appearance in federal court in Washington, ICE said in a statement. He was ordered held without bail.

Jaime Zapata was killed and Avila wounded when they were ambushed on a highway in San Luis Potosi. The two were traveling to Mexico City in an armored car with diplomatic plates. They were run off the road and attacked from two vehicles by gunmen who opened fire indiscriminately, authorities said.

It was the first time in 25 years that a U.S. law enforcement agent was killed while on duty in Mexico. Avila was shot twice in the leg, the agency said at the time.

Zapata Espinoza was arrested in February. The United States had asked to extradite him based on his "probable responsibility" in the death of Zapata.

Zapata Espinoza allegedly told authorities that the killers were "confused by the aspects of the vehicle" in which Zapata and Avila were riding. "They thought it was owned by a rival group," a Mexican official said in May.

He is charged in a four-count indictment with murdering an officer or employee of the United States; one count of attempted murder of an officer of employees of the United States; one count of attempted murder of an internationally protected person; and one count of using, carrying, brandishing and discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence causing death, ICE said in Wednesday's statement.

Zapata Espinoza's next court appearance is scheduled for January 25, the agency said.

France will pay for breast implant removal

The French government will pay for tens of thousands of women to have silicone breast implants removed over concerns about a possible link to a rare form of cancer, the Ministry of Health said Wednesday.

French health authorities are due to make a recommendation Friday about whether women with implants by a company called Poly Implant Prosthese (PIP) must have them removed.

The ministry says about 30,000 French women have PIP implants, which are not currently approved for use in the United States.

According to a news release from the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, PIP is now defunct. It says the company "used non-medical grade silicone believed by the manufacturers to be made for mattresses."

The French government agency that evaluates the safety of medical products says 523 women have had them removed since a defect was discovered last year.

More than 1,000 implants have ruptured since then, the agency says.

British authorities are advising caution over the implants but are not going as far as the French.

The UK's Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency said Tuesday it was "aware of the recent report in France of the death of a woman implanted with breast implants from anaplastic large cell lymphoma," which it called "a rare form of cancer which affects cells from the immune system."

It said it would "monitor for any associations of all types of breast implants, including PIP, with cancers and any other health implications."

But it did not advise women with PIP implants to have them taken out, saying more generally that "women with any type of breast implant... who have questions about their breasts or think that their implants may have ruptured, should seek clinical advice from their implanting surgeon."

A committee made up of representatives of several French health agencies was set up December 14 to discuss PIP implants.

Women will only be reimbursed for new implants if they were originally for reconstructive surgery, the Health Ministry said.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration decided in March 2000 not to approve saline PIP implants in the United States. The company never submitted a marketing application for its silicone implants in the United States, the agency says.

She has eyelashes but no eyebrows. She has all her fingers but is missing four nails. Her skin is so taut now that she can no longer frown.

But she can still smile.

Her face tells a story of suffering. Her name, Shakira, tells a story of a new journey.

Shakira means thankful.

Last week, 4-year-old Shakira arrived in the United States for what her caretaker, Hashmat Effendi, hopes will be the start of the rest of her life.

Shakira, believed burned in a U.S. drone strike in Pakistan, will undergo reconstructive surgery in January.

She will never look fully normal, but Effendi hopes the surgery will make it easier for Shakira to grow older and help others see what Effendi has seen all along: an effervescent bundle of love.

In 2009, Effendi was on a medical mission with Texas-based House of Charity in Pakistan's Swat Valley. The region's natural beauty was once compared to Switzerland's, but by then it was a Taliban-infested area rife with violence.

One of the doctors found three little girls left in a trash bin. They'd suffered horrific injuries.

"Who are they?" the doctor asked.

Nobody knew.

Where were their parents? Where were they from?

All anyone could say is that there had been a U.S. drone attack. The girls were likely hurt in the strike.

The doctor, who was traveling with House of Charity, took them back with him. They were in grave condition. Two of the girls died, but the littlest one had a chance of making it if she were treated right away.

She was only a year old, Effendi guessed, but small for her age. She was skinny. Dirty. Very bloody. She had fresh burns all over her face, her scalp and on her arms.

Effendi began searching for the little girl's family. She needed their consent before doctors operated on her. But when no one stepped forward, doctors proceeded anyway to treat the burns. Otherwise, they would have to amputate her arm. Otherwise, she might not survive.

Effendi named her Shakira.

"Life," she said, "was a gift for her."

Effendi continued to look for relatives, even scattered posters of Shakira everywhere and solicited the help of the Pakistani army and a government official. But still, no one claimed her.

Shakira was finally taken to Shalimar Hospital in Lahore, where she spent the next three years in a charity ward. Until last week.

Effendi was finally able to bring Shakira back to Houston, where Effendi lives.

When the Qatar Airways flight landed, Shakira turned to Effendi, whom she calls Mummy.

"Are we in America?" she asked.

"Yes," Effendi replied.

Shakira put her hands together and clapped.

On the plane, Shakira had learned to count from 1 to 27 in English. It was a good start, Effendi thought.

House of Charity has helped thousands of children with congenital birth defects or those who have been disfigured in war, but Shakira was special.

Effendi raised three sons, who are grown. Her house once again filled with the mirth of a youngster.

"She's like my tail," Effendi said. "She follows me around all day."

She took Shakira to McDonald's. Shakira gobbled up chicken nuggets. She learned that in America, chips were called French fries and tomato sauce was ketchup.

Effendi was ironing her clothes Tuesday when Shakira ran up to her.

"Mummy, do you love me?" she asked. "How much?"

"This much," Effendi said, gesturing.

Shakira ran into the bathroom, stood in front of the mirror and started screaming.

It was then that Effendi realized Shakira was overwhelmed.

She had gone that day to meet her doctor, Robert McCauley, at the Shriners Hospital for Children in Galveston. He volunteered to do the reconstructive surgery.

Shakira arrived in a turquoise striped dress, black leggings and white lacy socks. She wore beads around her neck and a big pink ring that House of Charity volunteer Larry Maxwell gave her. She called him "Nana," the Urdu word for grandfather.

At the hospital, Shakira touched McCauley's coat buttons; the nurse's stethoscope. She referred to McCauley as her doctor and understood as best a child could that he was trying to make her well.

"It's not easy and it's not a single-day procedure," McCauley said about the surgery. He will start January 16 with her right hand.

He will never be able to give her eyebrows or restore the missing nails on four of her fingers. Sometimes, when Shakira eats spicy food, her flesh feels raw and irritated. She will have to always be careful about that.

He will never be able to fix the severe discoloration on her forehead. But he hopes to reconstruct her nose, fix her eyes.

Shakira took it all in stride at the hospital. But it was that sense of belonging and being loved that was alien for her, Effendi realized. It was overwhelming.

"She needs security," Effendi said. "Yesterday was a very emotional day for her."

Effendi had been working with children for 25 years. But Shakira was teaching her new things.

Effendi hopes Shakira will be adopted by a family in the United States. It would be unfair, she said, to send Shakira back to Pakistan. She has no one there.

For now, Shakira will adjust to life in America in Effendi's home.

Effendi may never know where Shakira came from or who claimed her as a daughter.

But she knows she was able to give Shakira new life -- and a name that could not have been more fitting.

Iran: U.S.-Iranian man must be tried for spying

An Iranian-American man held on spying charges in Iran must be tried there, the spokesman for a key parliamentary committee said Wednesday, according to the semi-official Mehr news agency.

"The American spy is guilty and must be put on trial in Iran," said Kazem Jalali, a spokesman for Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee.

"American officials brazenly send spies and spy planes to our borders and then shamelessly declare that they must be returned to them," Mehr cites him as saying. "The U.S. request to free the American spy is politically impudent."

Amir Mirzaei Hekmati, a former U.S. Marine, was arrested in August while visiting his grandmother and other relatives, his family said. In a statement released Tuesday, they said they remained quiet about the arrest at the urging of Iranian officials, who promised his release.

U.S. State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland told reporters Tuesday that Hekmati is being falsely accused, but she had no further comment.

His family called a purported confession aired by Tehran "forced."

"Amir's family was shocked by the recent broadcast aired on Iranian TV with false information and a forced confession," they said. "Amir has never had any affiliation with the CIA, and these allegations are untrue.

"Amir's family hopes that this misunderstanding can be resolved peacefully with Iran, and that Amir can be reunited with his family and friends in the U.S. who miss him dearly, and are praying for his safe return," they said.

Iran's semi-official Fars news agency reported Sunday that Hekmati had received language training and became an intelligence analyst in the Marines. It aired video showing what it called his confession, in which he appeared calm and collected, sitting in a quiet, well-furnished room as he spoke.

But Fars did not broadcast his full statement, and it was not clear what questions he had been asked.

The Hekmatis said their son served in the Marines from 2001 to 2005. After that he started his own linguistics company and contracted his services to the military as well as civilian businesses.

His military contracts included cultural competency training. He worked with troops at military bases to promote understanding of and positive communication with people of other cultures, his family said.

The family said he went to Iran in August after obtaining permission from the Iranian Interests Section of the Pakistani Embassy in Washington. The United States and Iran have no direct diplomatic relations.

"The Iranian government detained Amir on August 29, 2011, without any charges, and urged our family to remain silent with the promise of an eventual release," the family said.

'Horrific massacres' cry Syrian opposition

major opposition group condemned Bashar al-Assad's regime Wednesday for "brutal massacres" this week and urged the U.N. Security Council to protect civilians against "acts of genocide."

"The regime is using children as human shields so that tanks and armored vehicles can storm residential areas," said the Syrian National Council, which said that about 250 people have died over a 48-hour period.

"Incidents of gruesome murders have been recorded," the council said Wednesday, including the killings of four brothers and the beheading of a sheikh, whose head was hung above a mosque entrance. Both incidents occurred in Idlib, and the council says "acts of genocide" are occurring in Zawiyah Mountain in Idlib province in the northwest and the city of Homs in the west.

It cites "the regime's use of heavy weapons and artillery in shelling civilian neighborhoods, as was the case in the Baba Amr neighborhood of Homs, as well as in the villages of Kansafra, Kafar Awaid, and Mazrain, where a large number of residents were killed. Other residents were forced to flee under heavy gunfire," the council said. The villages are in Idlib province.

The violence spiked as Syria agreed to an Arab League observer mission Monday aimed at ending the violence between regime forces and protesters that started in mid-March. The United Nations this month estimated that about 5,000 people have died in the bloodshed.

"The SNC directed letters to representatives of the 15 member nations of the U.N. Security Council, including the permanent members, urging them to convene in an emergency session to discuss the brutal and systematic killings, the humanitarian situation, and the displacements forced by the regime and its security and military apparatus," the group said in a news release.

The council also sent "urgent communiques" about the violence to the Arab League; the Organization of Islamic Cooperation; the Gulf Cooperation Council; the General Secretariat of the United Nations; the U.S. Department of State; the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs; representatives from the Chinese Foreign Ministry; and the governments of France, Spain, Germany, Canada, Tunisia, Libya and Sudan.

"The SNC urgently requested that these parties support the Syrian people's and the Syrian Revolution's demands for international protection, the establishment of safe zones for civilians, and the establishment of humanitarian corridors for delivery of relief, medical, and other humanitarian needs. The SNC also demanded a prompt intervention to stop the massacres, which have reached the level of genocide and which coincide with the signing of the Arab League Protocol to send observers into Syria," the council said.

Mohamed Hamdo, a lieutenant colonel in the Free Syrian Army, underscored the ferocity of the assaults.

He said that government forces "used military jet fighters and bombed Jabal Al Zawya, including a mosque that contained around 100 civilians who were praying or using it as a refuge." Jabal Al Zawya is in the Idlib region in northwestern Syria.

Hamdo said the military also "destroyed the town of Idlib completely and bombed a hospital there. The problem is they are using women and children who are mounted on their tanks as they raid, making it impossible for us to hit back."

"We have information that they are preparing an attack to control the border crossing to Turkey. We are dispersing our FSA platoons to counterattack. They are using surface-to-air missiles, mortars, military jet fighters and artillery."

Activist groups also reported a surge in killings this week. The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported a higher death toll of 111 on Tuesday and 121 on Monday. The Monday figure included 72 soldiers who tried to defect.

The civilian death toll so far Wednesday is at least 16, according to the Local Coordination Committees of Syria, an opposition umbrella group.

And, a video surfaced on social media websites of a boy's grisly killing in Homs during a missile attack Tuesday.

This violence comes as an Arab League advance team is headed to Damascus Thursday to prepare for the observer mission. There would be 100 observers in teams of 10 to investigate what is happening on the ground in a month-long mission.

The league's secretary-general, Nabil el-Araby, called for an "immediate stop" of violence and "swift action" Thursday to pave the way for the observer mission.

"The Syrian government must take responsibility of protecting its citizens in accord to their promises and agreement entailed in the Arab Plan," said el-Araby, worried about news of increased violence.

The observer protocol is part of a larger initiative that calls for withdrawing the army and militias called shabiha, releasing detainees and ending all forms of violence. But Syria and the Arab League haven't yet signed the larger initiative, only the observer protocol, Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Saudi Al Faisal said Tuesday.

"We expect Syria to follow a policy of buying time, delay and limit the observers' movement on the ground. We think it is a political maneuver by the Syrian regime," said an Arab diplomat intimately involved with the Arab League deliberations. The diplomat could not speak on the record because of the sensitivity of the matter.

Opposition members have criticized the Arab League for naming Sudanese Brig. Gen. Mohammed Mustafa Al-Dabi to be the chairman of the observer mission. They cite close ties between Sudan and Syria and Sudan's track record of using its own national security officials to target activists and political groups.

The White House said it is "deeply disturbed by credible reports that the Assad regime continues to indiscriminately kill scores of civilians and army defectors, while destroying homes and shops and arresting protesters without due process.

"While Syrian security forces have also taken casualties, the overwhelming majority of the violence and loss of life in Syria stems from the actions of the Assad regime, and we call on all parties to put an end to violence."

The United States, the European Union, the Arab League and Turkey have initiated sanctions against the regime.

"The Assad regime is already facing growing isolation and sanctions that are choking off its resources. We urge Syria's few remaining supporters in the international community to warn Damascus that if the Arab League initiative is once again not fully implemented, the international community will take additional steps to pressure the Assad regime to stop its crackdown," the White House statement said.

The French Foreign Ministry called on the U.N. Security Council to speak out on a firm resolution that ends repression in Syria, and it asked Russia, a Syrian ally, to "accelerate talks" at the council on a plan it devised to deal with the instability.

"Everything must be done to stop this murderous spiral into which Bashar al-Assad is dragging his people deeper each day," ministry spokesman Bernard Valero said. "In this serious context, France calls for a bigger mobilization of the international community."

In another incident, Abdel Azeez Al-Khair, an Alawite opposition figure from the National Coordination Body, was detained briefly at the Damascus airport before he tried to take a flight to Cairo to discuss Syria with Arab League officials, two opposition figures told CNN. He is not allowed to travel. Alawities are a minority sect that holds the reins of power in the Syrian government. Syria, an ethnically and religiously diverse society, is largely Sunni Arab.

CNN could not independently verify the allegations of violence or other incidents because Syria restricts the activity of journalists in the country.

The Syrian government maintains that it is cracking down on armed terrorists who attack security forces and civilians. The activists say the government's brutal crackdown against peaceful protests has led to the deaths.

Meanwhile, the Iranian Embassy in Damascus has confirmed the kidnapping of five Iranian engineers in Syria on Wednesday and demanded their release, Iran's Mehr News Agency reported. They are employed by the Jondor Homs electricity plant, Mehr reported.

"These people were in Syria to provide the Syrians with technical and development help, and they should be freed as quickly as possible," the Iranian Embassy said.

There has been opposition anger toward Iran and its support of the Syrian government.

Finnish authorities have launched an investigation after impounding 69 Patriot missiles from a ship bound for China.

Police said they also found explosives and propelling charges aboard the British-flagged cargo ship Thor Liberty at the port of Kotka, about 75 miles east of Helsinki.

The Patriot is a surface-to-air missile system manufactured by the U.S. company Raytheon and has been sold to various nations.

The Thor Liberty sailed from Germany on December 13, police said. It was set to sail to Shanghai.

Finnish authorities found the defense materials during a customs search and are looking into whether export laws were violated.

Obesity Rise Prompts Washington Ferry Capacity Change

SEATTLE –  The Washington state ferry service isn't going to start turning away hefty passengers, but it has had to reduce the capacity of the nation's largest ferry system because people have been packing on the pounds.

Coast Guard vessel stability rules that took effect nationwide Dec. 1 raised the estimated weight of the average adult passenger to 185 pounds from the previous 160 pounds, based on population information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

During the past 20 years, there has been a dramatic increase in obesity in the United States and about one-third of American adults are now considered obese, the CDC says on its website.

The state ferry system has complied with the new stability rules by simply reducing the listed capacity of its vessels, Coast Guard Lt. Eric Young said Wednesday.

"That has effectively reduced the amount of passengers by about 250 passengers or so depending on the particular ferry," said Young, who is based in Seattle. "They generally carry about 2,000, so it's down to 1,750 now."

With that many passengers, the ferry wouldn't tip over even if everyone ran to the side at the same time to look at a pod of killer whales, he said.

The state operates 23 white and green vessels on 10 routes across Puget Sound and through the San Juan Islands to British Columbia. Carrying more than 22 million passengers a year, it's the biggest ferry system in the United States and one of the four largest in the world, said system spokeswoman Marta Coursey.

The ferries themselves could be contributing to passenger girth. The galleys cater to customers looking for fast food they can eat while looking out the windows at the scenery and seagulls. Calorie counters typically aren't buying the hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken strips.

"We do serve light beer," said Peggy Wilkes who has worked 20 years for the food concessionaire, Olympic Cascade Services, which serves food and drinks on 12 of the state ferries.

News reports of overloaded ferries sinking in other parts of the world are sometimes a topic of discussion, she said.

"I think it's cool the Coast Guard is keeping up on that," she said. "Not that we overload them. A couple of times, like for a Seahawks game, we've had to cut off passengers and had to leave them at the dock."

Carol Johnston, who has been riding the state ferries since 1972, said she found the rule change perplexing.

"The ferries are not listing, they are not sinking," said Johnston, who was onboard a Seattle-bound ferry from Bainbridge Island Wednesday afternoon. "How are you going to establish how much weight there is on the ferry?"

Johnston worried about the potential loss in revenue, which could cause ferry fares to increase further. And she joked she may alter her eating habits.

"That means I will not have popcorn with my wine," Johnston said.

The reduced passenger capacity is unlikely to have much practical effect on the spacious ferries, said Coursey, the system spokeswoman. The ferries often fill up with vehicles, but the number of passengers, especially walk-ons, is seldom a problem, she said.

The new stability rules may have a bigger impact on the smaller charter fishing boats, such as those that take anglers fishing out of the Pacific Ocean ports of Westport and Ilwaco, Young said. Any vessel that carries more than six paying customers has to be inspected and certified by the Coast Guard as a passenger vessel.

Missing Arizona Girl Thought to Have Been Killed, Dumped in Trash

PHOENIX –  Police now believe a 5-year-old Arizona girl missing for more than two months was killed and that her body was dumped in a trash bin across town before her mother reported her missing -- the most substantive information detectives have released about what they think happened to the girl.

Police in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale stopped short of saying who they think killed Jhessye Shockley, but Glendale police Sgt. Brent Coombs reiterated Wednesday that the girl's mother is the "No. 1 focus."

"We're in what we believed to be the worst-case scenario from the beginning," Coombs said.

A month ago, detectives arrested Jhessye's mother, Jerice Hunter, on a child abuse charge related to the girl, announcing at the time that they didn't believe they'd find the girl alive.

Hunter was released from jail days later, and the charge against her was dropped. Prosecutors said at the time that they wanted further investigation and were worried that Hunter would not be eligible for a potential murder charge if she was convicted of abusing Shockley, a situation known as double jeopardy.

A call to Hunter's home was not immediately returned Wednesday, but she has previously maintained her innocence.

Coombs said tips that came in following Hunter's arrest and evidence collected during search warrants led police to believe Jhessye's body was dumped in Tempe. He declined to elaborate.

Coombs did say detectives firmly believe Jhessye's body is now in a landfill south of the Phoenix area, and that detectives are deciding whether to search for it.

"There's such a scientific method behind trying to pinpoint a location within a particular cell within that landfill. It's a very difficult thing to do," he said, also noting that decomposition is an issue. "The reason we're taking such a long time is we want to be as confident as we can be prior to starting any operation that we're going to do the very best job we can."

Hunter reported Jhessye missing Oct. 11, telling police that she left Jhessye with the girl's older siblings while she ran an errand and returned to find her gone.

But a court document released last month says Hunter's teenage daughter later told police that she hadn't seen Jhessye since September. She told them that a few days before Hunter reported the girl missing, she saw Hunter cleaning her shoes and a closet where she kept Jhessye.

Police said they found a receipt that showed Hunter bought food and a bottle of bleach Oct. 9.

The teen also told police that Hunter deprived Jhessye of food and water while keeping her in the closet, and that she saw the girl with black eyes, bruises and cuts to her face and body.

"(She) reported that Jhessye's hair had been pulled out and described Jhessye as not looking alive and that she looked like a zombie," the document said. "(She) said that the closet where Jhessye had been looked like a grave and smelled like dead people."

The teen also said Hunter became angry with Jhessye sometime in September when she returned home to find the girl wearing a long T-shirt while watching TV with a neighbor boy. Hunter told Jhessye she was a "ho" before taking her into a bedroom, according to the document. The teen said she then heard her sister screaming and crying in the room.

Police say Hunter has declined to submit to a lie-detector test.

Hunter has said she had nothing to do with her daughter's disappearance, and has been critical of investigators.

"We feel that law enforcement is not active in finding Jhessye and that they're more active in persecuting me instead of finding out where she is," Hunter said in October.

Child welfare workers removed Hunter's other children, including a newborn, from her apartment the day after she reported Jhessye missing.

Hunter came under scrutiny during the investigation for an October 2005 arrest with her then-husband, George Shockley, on child abuse charges in California. Hunter pleaded no contest to corporal punishment and served about four years in prison before she was released on parole in May 2010.

Hunter's oldest child, 14 at the time, has told police his mother routinely beat the children. George Shockley is a convicted sex offender and is still in a California prison.

Hunter's mother, Shirley Johnson, has said her daughter changed after prison and became a loving mother.

Michael Douglas' Son Stunned, Sentenced to Four and a Half More Years in Prison

Cameron Douglas, the scion of one of Hollywood's most famous acting families, was sentenced to an additional 4 1/2 years behind bars Wednesday, on top of his current five-year prison sentence for drug dealing.

The 33-year-old troubled son of Oscar-winning actor Michael Douglas was sentenced in April 2010 for drug trafficking but got another 4 1/2 years, more than twice what prosecutors were seeking, for possessing drugs while in prison.

"I feel ashamed," Douglas said before he was sentenced.

After the court hearing in New York, Douglas' mom Diandra Douglas wept and refused to talk with reporters.

Inside Manhattan federal court, Diandra Douglas' eyes widened and jaw dropped when she heard how much time her son had received. She was so distraught that she left her cellphone behind once the hearing was over.

Michael Douglas did not attend the hearing.

Cameron Douglas had been looking for another chance, writing to the judge earlier this week that he was "saturated in my own shame and penitence."

He had also begged for "the opportunity to build myself and gain the tools I need to shape my future."

"I feel so strongly, for the first time in my life, that I am truly ripe for positive reform and real achievement," he stated in the Manhattan federal court filing.

Douglas, who turned rat and got five years in jail following his 2009 arrest for dealing meth, noted that he has "been battling this disease of addiction, as you know, for more than half of my life."

Instead, Judge Richard Berman showed him very little mercy with the hefty prison sentence and a $4,000 fine, calling him "reckless, disruptive and non-compliant."

Douglas was also given a two-year ban for family visits and will receive immediate drug treatment while in prison.

The feds had only asked for two years.

Berman added that Douglas had "blown the biggest opportunity of his life."

Douglas' lawyer Nick De Feis said his client has never been given a chance to clean himself up while in prison.

"There are just so many times I can say, 'Give us another chance,'" Berman responded.

Britney Spears' First Husband: Her Engagement to Jason Trawick Is Fake

Jason Alexander, the childhood friend Britney Spears married for 55 hours after a "wild, crazy" night in Las Vegas in 2004, believes that Spears' recent engagement to former agent Jason Trawick is "fake."

"I know everyone wants me to be happy about this, but I am not," Alexander told Us Weekly. "I think it's fake and I think people are afraid to say it."

While Alexander hasn't spoken to Spears about her relationship, he says that a picture is worth a thousand words.

"If you look at all the pictures between them there is no connection," explains Alexander, a mixed martial arts fighter.

"They look like they are going through the motions. It seems like an answer to the court thing ... Sort of a nice way to sew it all up -- she marries her handler. That way she always has someone controlling her."

Alexander is referring to Spears' court conservatorship. In 2008, the pop star's legal and financial affairs were put under her father Jamie's control following an infamous public meltdown by the pop star in the wake of her split from Kevin Federline. The conservatorship is ongoing.

Four months before Spears met Federline, and seven months before they wed, Spears walked down the aisle of The Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas with Alexander, wearing torn jeans and a belly-baring shirt.

Just 55 hours later, a judge dissolved the union on the grounds that Spears "lacked understanding of her actions."

Alexander explained the impulse for the marriage at the time by telling Access Hollywood, "It was just crazy, man. We were just looking at each other and said, 'Let's do something wild, crazy. Let's go get married, just for the hell of it."'

Trawick and Spears' decision to marry appears to be far more planned. The two started dating in 2009, but didn't reveal they were a couple until May of last year, when they ended their professional relationship.

Trawick proposed to Spears on Thursday night. The next morning she tweeted, "OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I've been waiting for. Can't wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo."

Chicago Man Thought to Be Gacy Victim Found Alive, Says He 'Ran Away'

The renewed interest in the horrors of the John Wayne Gacy case has brought about a bright spot -- a reunion just in time for Christmas.

Theodore “Ted” Szal disappeared in March 1977. He was 24 years old and loosely fit the type of victims Gacy preyed upon. His car was found abandoned at Chicago's O’Hare airport, which was near Gacy’s home. He also worked construction. Gacy would often attract victims with promises of construction work.

Szal had a habit of disengaging with his family, for months at a time. So when he disappeared, the family never filed a missing person’s report. Over time, they just adopted the thought that he had fallen victim to Gacy’s murderous trap.

“That’s just what I thought,” his 87-year-old father, Ted Szal, told Fox News. “He used to go into Chicago and get into fights. I figured he probably met that guy and got killed by him.”

His father carried a photograph of Ted Jr. around. But the family never made much of an effort to track him down. He was working under his own name, using the same social security number and paying taxes. Thirty-four years later, Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart re-opened the case in an effort to identify the eight unknown victims found on Gacy’s property.

That encouraged Ted Jr.’s sister, Marcia Carlson, to contact the sheriff’s office through its website. A DNA swab ruled out a connection to any of the remains.

Furthermore, a quick check of Ted’s information revealed that he was alive and well, working in Beaverton, Ore.

The younger Ted Szal told sheriff’s investigators he left Chicago because he broke up with his wife and had a disagreement with his family.

"My family thought I was dead. That hurt when I heard that," the 59-year-old carpenter told The Associated Press on Wednesday. "There's a difference between being murdered and running away, and I basically just ran away."

His family felt hurt, too.

“I’m not too happy, because he didn’t get in touch with any of us,” Szal's father told Fox News.

That could change for this Christmas. Family members have made contact, and the wheels have started turning for a reunion.

This is the third case closed since the Gacy files were re-opened. Another presumed Gacy victim, Harold Wayne Lovell, was found living and working in Florida.

Sadly, DNA test told the family of William George Bundy that he was among the unidentified victims buried on the Gacy property. He disappeared when he was 19 years old. His family said the last thing they heard from Bundy was that he was going to a party.

Man Wins Then Crashes $380G Lamborghini

SANTAQUIN, Utah –  A Utah man who won a $380,000 Lamborghini in a convenience store chain's contest crashed the sports car six hours after he got it.

The lime green Murcielago Roadster was set to leave for a Las Vegas body shop Wednesday for repairs, just days after Santaquin resident David Dopp won it in Maverik stores' "Joe Schmo to Lambo" contest.

"Yeah, I got it on Saturday and I wrecked it on Saturday," Dopp told KSL-TV.

He said he was taking friends and family on joy rides that evening on the outskirts of town. He said he took a curve at 40 or 50 mph when the vehicle hit ice or loose gravel and started spinning.

The car crashed through some fence posts before coming to rest in a field.

Dopp wasn't injured, but his wife said she was shocked.

"My heart pretty much fell out," Annette Dopp told KSL. "They said they were OK. Then (came), you know, that feeling when your heart drops and you're like, 'Oh, my gosh. What do we do now?'"

The 640-horsepower Lamborghini has front-end damage, a punctured wheel and scratches along the passenger side. The vehicle is insured.

David Dopp was videotaped last month jumping up and down and hollering in speechless disbelief when contest officials announced during a college football game that he won the car.

The giveaway, which awarded participants for using a rewards card at Maverik stores, was co-sponsored by nonprofit organization "teamgive," which raises awareness about rare neurological diseases.

David Dopp said it was strange seeing the flashy, exotic car in his humble driveway. He told ABC 4 in Salt Lake City that he plans to sell the vehicle to pay off bills and buy his wife another car — as soon as the Lamborghini's drivable again.

"It's going to be all nice and pretty here in a couple of months, I'm sure," David Dopp said.
